SnapDragon Prototype

We generated a prototype to test this product's appeal and ability to generate interest. It is very successful in that when shown to people they tend to squeal with joy and pick it up and manipulate it.

This prototype also indicates that the dimensioning on the snap fixtures is correct and adequate. It was also used to test whether or not all the parts would fit in a Kinder Joy half, which they do.

Most sharp edges on this prototype were filleted and all sharp edges on an injection molded version would be filleted to improve mold life, quality, and to comply with ASTM F963 (the ASTM standard that details requirements for toys) ensuring the safety of the user.
